Q: What is your role with FCm? Michael: As General Manager of Sales, Greater China, I will be focused on driving new business in Hong Kong and Greater China by acquiring new SME corporate accounts. I hope to be active in the local travel and corporate sectors to further raise our profile and build relationships with potential clients. Q: What are your greatest strengths in travel management? Michael: First, I have been in corporate travel for nearly 10 years, so I completely understand the TMC operational procedure and service model, which I can discuss in-depth with our clients. Second, I have worked in TMCs and hotel booking companies and am very familiar with their different products, which gives me the experience to recommend suitable solutions to our clients. Last but not least, I have a good circle of industry and client contacts, who will hopefully help bring more business opportunities to FCm. Q: What do you enjoy most about your role? Michael: Having worked in TMCs and hotel booking companies, as well as a traditional travel agency and an online booking company, I enjoy how this position enables me to utilise my travel industry knowledge and experience to develop business, and advise our clients. Q: What do you think is the key to great teamwork? Michael: Communication, cooperation and mutual benefits considered are the keys. Q: What are your ambitions? Michael: We have just set up a big sales team to promote FCm brand in corporate market . So my goal is to let the market know more FCm and the service and happy to cooperate with FCm.
